Asantehene arrives in Canada to participate in beyond the World Cup event

His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene has arrived in Canada to participate in the Beyond the World Cup event being organized by the Canada-Ghana Chamber of Commerce.

The Asantehene was warmly received upon arrival by H.E Myriam Montrat, Canada’s Ambassador to Ghana, H.E Dora Francisca Edu-Buandoh, Ghana’s High Commissioner to Canada, Mr. Thomas Oppong-Peprah, former Chief of the Defence Staff of Ghana, alongside other distinguished guests.

The visit underscores the growing ties between Ghana and Canada and highlights the importance of strengthening economic, cultural, and international partnerships through initiatives such as the Beyond the World Cup forum.
