Congo DR coach Sébastien Desabre has unveiled his 26-man squad ahead of the upcoming tournament in Canada, Mexico, and the USA. The announcement marks a historic occasion as Congo DR returns to the FIFA World Cup for the first time since 1974.

Coach Sébastien Desabre, who led the Leopards to this monumental achievement, reflected on their challenging journey. The team's path included a tense 1-0 victory over Jamaica in the FIFA Play-Off Tournament final, securing their spot in North America. Desabre expressed his gratitude to the Congolese fans and emphasized the team's commitment to making their nation proud.
