In a continued push for environmental stewardship, Fiat has donated 30 electric vehicles to Vatican City State to support the daily operations of governorate employees.
This generous contribution includes 20 Fiat Topolino models delivered on June 30, with 10 additional Fiat TRIS vehicles to follow. The handover ceremony took place in front of the Governorate Palace, attended by Vatican officials including Archbishop Emilio Nappa and Fiat CEO Olivier François.
The initiative aligns with the Ecological Conversion 2030 program launched by the Governorate in 2023. The ambitious plan aims for a fully zero-emissions fleet by the end of the decade, alongside broader efforts in energy efficiency, waste management, responsible resource use, and reforestation.
