Former presidential aspirant and New Patriotic Party (NPP) figure, Kennedy Agyapong, has indicated that a major political confrontation could emerge between himself and the party beginning June 2027.
According to remarks attributed to him, Mr. Agyapong suggested that he intends to publicly speak on matters relating to Agenda 111 and disclose information he believes could attract national attention.
He stated that Ghanaians would be surprised by what he plans to reveal and indicated that his comments would focus on issues he considers important to public accountability.
Agenda 111 remains one of Ghana’s major healthcare infrastructure initiatives aimed at expanding access to hospital facilities across the country.
The remarks have sparked public discussion and political reactions, although no official response had been referenced at the time of this publication.
